I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and had a great view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large outdoor onsen. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Not one thing.

This hotel is a great find! The location is perfect, as it's quite near to the train station and even has a supermarket next door. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms have beautiful views from the balcony, offering a lovely mountain view. And the breakfast served here is simply delicious!
All was just right, nothing to improve!

The best thing about this Japanese-style hotel is the amazing outdoor onsen, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff are also incredibly friendly and willing to help with any needs. The location is great, as it is close to public transportation and a supermarket. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, which was served by a kind and sweet woman.
The worst aspect of this hotel is the distance it is from the main attraction street, which is about a 15-minute walk away. the private onsen reservation system can be tricky if you check in later in the day.

A charming stay in a great location with friendly staff. the ryokan is close to the train station but tucked away from the busy streets. It's conveniently located next to the supermarket. the room was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountain. We enjoyed relaxing in the private outdoor onsen and savoring the delicious Japanese breakfast. the hospitable service provided was top-notch.
One minor complaint is that there was a spider web in the corner of the restroom.

Great location with amazing views of the mountains and close to train/bus stations. the staff were super friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for meals and shopping.
Breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price. the reservation system for the private onsen can limit choices if checking in late, and it was hassle to always leave the room key at the front desk, even when using the hotel onsen.
